Set the cursor for movement against cursor A.

Cursor with a check mark is available for movement, and without a check mark

unavailable for movement.

Function to make setup effective

Setup is effective for the functions shown below.

Movement using the arrow button of the "Cursor Operation Bar" in the main window,

and movement using the command of "Move Cursor Right" and "Move Cursor Left".
