Depending on how you want to use the device, it is necessary to prepare certain environments for use.
By installing T&D Data Server, it is possible to change the recorded data auto-upload destination from T&D WebStorage Server to the intranet or your own server, where you can view the uploaded data.
This application is for use with mobile devices. When using T&D Thermo with the TR-7wf Series, it is possible to make all settings, recording start and data downloading operations directly from the mobile device. The downloaded data can be viewed in graph form on the mobile device or can be sent by attaching the data file to an e-mail.
In the case of the TR-7nw Series, T&D Thermo can be used to view data on the mobile device via T&D WebStorage Service.
This software enables all settings, recording start and data downloading operations to be carried out from a PC. Simply connect the device to a PC using a USB cable.

For more details please contact the distributor from which you purchased the product.
Although the sensor element of the temperature sensor does not experience loss of precision due to use over time, due to external factors, such as build up of water, losses in precision will occur.
If over time you experience losses in measurement precision, we suggest the purchase of a new sensor.
The temperature-humidity sensors will with normal use experience losses in precision and sensitivity over time due to degradation. If the sensor is being used in a smoky or dusty environment, the surface of the sensor will accumulate impurities causing a further decrease in the sensor's performance.
Yes, it is possible to lengthen a cable by using our optional sensor extension cables.
There are two lengths of extension cables: 1m and 3m. Only one cable can be connected to a temperature sensor; and up to 3 cables can be connected to a temp/humidity sensor.
Please contact your local distributor for the purchase of these and all optional items.
Yes, fee-based comparative calibrations for both temperature and humidity are possible.
Please contact your local distributor for information about these services.
