Starting Recording

Make recording settings and start recording.

IMPORTANT

When a new recording session is started, all previously recorded data in the device will be erased.

[Start Recording] Button Clicking this will send the setting contents to the device and recording will be started or programmed to start.
  • Check and make sure the "Current Date/Time" displayed in the [Recording Start Date and Time] is correct. This time is equal to your local time if the time of your computer is correct. If it is not correct, adjust the date and time of your computer.
[Stop Recording] Button This will stop a recording session that is in progress. By clicking it while a programmed start is waiting to begin, the programmed date and time will be deleted.
[Get Settings] Button Clicking this will retrieve settings info from the connected device.
Vaccine Mode
(TR71A and TR75A)		 Place a check in the box to turn on the Vaccine Mode.

Recording Start Date and Time Programmed Start: Specify date/time and press [Start Recording]. The device will start recording at the set time. (The [REC] mark will blink on the logger's LCD.)
Immediate Start: The device will start recording data when the [Start Recording] button is pressed. (The [REC] mark will appear on the logger's LCD.)
  • Default Setting: Immediate Start
  • "Current Date/Time" is the computer clock time.
Recording Interval 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30sec. 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60min.

  • Default Setting: 10 min
  • 60 min is not available in Vaccine Mode.
Recording Mode One Time: Upon reaching the logging capacity, "FULL" will appear on the LCD display and recording will automatically stop.
Endless: Upon reaching the logging capacity, the oldest data will be overwritten and recording will continue.
Sensor Type
(TR75A,TR-75wb/wf/nw)		 Select the sensor type (K, J, T, E, S, R).
  • Default Setting: K
  • If you connect a different type of sensor to the logger, make sure to change this setting accordingly.
Group Name / Device Name /
Channel Name		 Check the box to set the desired names
  • By setting the group name, you can view a list of devices and data by group on T&D WebStorage Service, T&D Thermo and T&D Data Server.
  • If you wish to change the names without losing the recorded data in the logger, please go to [Settings] menu - [ Device Name Settings]
  • TR7A: Device name can contain up to 26 alphanumeric characters. Group and Channel names can contain up to 16 alphanumeric characters.
    TR-7wb/nw/wf: Each name can contain up to 16 alphanumeric characters.
